“Amsterdam School” mantle clocks, the oak and coromandel timber and bronze or chrome plate metal are  distinctive for the “Amsterdam School” design. The design is a “movement within a movement” since this is certainly Art Deco but decidedly Dutch in the period 1910-1930s.
